Overview:

We’re looking for a driven, coachable Business Development Representative to help expand adoption of our award-winning sales training programs. This role is ideal for early-career sales professionals who want to sharpen their B2B skills, connect with executive-level decision-makers, and grow into a high-performing sales career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads via outbound calls, email, and LinkedIn
  • Conduct discovery calls with sales leaders and C-level executives
  • Guide prospects through our proven B2B sales process
  • Support proposal development and deal closing efforts
  • Hit activity benchmarks and monthly sales goals

 

Ideal Background:

  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience (B2B preferred)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Completion of sales training or certification is a plus (e.g., HubSpot Sales)

Account Manager

We’re looking for a proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager to lead client communications from initial outreach through ongoing engagement. Key Responsibilities:
