Janae co-founded Strativera and runs the growth side of the house: the campaigns, channels, and client relationships that turn strategy into pipeline. Clients meet her early and keep working with her, because the firm does not hand accounts down a chain.
As VP of Growth she owns client acquisition and delivery standards across the agency’s marketing engagements, and she carries the same operating rule the reviews keep repeating: report in numbers leadership can defend, and never let activity stand in for results.
Janae holds an executive credential in artificial intelligence from MIT Sloan and serves as Vice President of BNI Cherry Hill East, the business network anchoring Strativera’s South Jersey community work, including D.R.I.V.E. HER Forward.
